Solid Hotel Close to Everything

I found the location very convenient near both a large mall and the metro. Staff members Syed Hafiz, Rajan, and Faruk were all genuinely helpful. They were also very polite and quick to respond to questions. I had a great experience with these associates.
The air conditioning was not very effective. This made my room uncomfortably warm at times. I hope they can check on this soon.

The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a sufficient variety of options! The dining area is spacious and well-kept. Fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes are available.

The hotel has excellent access to public transportation, including the metro. It is a short walk. Several restaurants and shops are nearby. The location was perfect, though the parking was expensive.

The rooftop pool is a great amenity and offers city views. The gym includes treadmills, elliptical machines and free weights. A sauna is available for relaxation, though it's small.

The housekeeping service ensured the room was clean daily. They did an excellent job. The front desk staff was very responsive to requests! Check-in and check-out were both very efficient.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The room size was ample. The rooftop swimming pool offered a refreshing experience. I found the location convenient with easy access to the metro station.
The hallway carpets showed some wear and could benefit from replacement.

The Beautiful Triple Room included comfortable beds and fresh linens. Three guests will find ample space, and the climate control system ensured a comfortable room temperature.. The room also featured a television with numerous channels.

The hotel provided a good breakfast buffet with Indian and continental options. I noted the presence of a gym with treadmills. The rooftop pool offered a nice spot for relaxation with plenty of seating and sun loungers.

the location was acceptable with easy access to nearby shops.
the room had a musky smell, perhaps because it was a smoking room previously. some of the plug sockets were hanging off the wall. wires attached the sockets, and this looked dangerous.
