The baniyas metro station is close to the hotel (it is very useful). The restaurant provided well-prepared food. The hotel staff showed care .

the classic room with twin beds was spacious. housekeeping was efficient. a 24-hour supermarket is located below the hotel, very convenient. the room service manager checked if everything was okay and asked for feedback , which i appreciated.
The room could use some updating. It seemed a little dated.

the staff at the reception were friendly and cute. moe, in particular, provided quick, efficient assistance and showed genuine kindness. i appreciated the care and attention i received , and i would come back.

poor responsiveness limited variety
I found the hot water unreliable, quite inconvenient when trying to shower. the reception and housekeeping responsiveness also left something to be desired. Requests took longer than expected (it reminded me of an eternity). these issues impacted my comfort level and need attention from management. the breakfast buffet also offered very little in terms of variety or quality.

metro proximity free water
i appreciate the metro proximity, just a short walk. bottled water was free daily, a generous touch. daily room cleaning and fresh bed linen, really grateful for it.
the hotel phone did not work , made contacting reception challenging. hot water access was also a problem and the response was slow. this inconvenienced communication.
