really good hotel experience

The reception staff, especially devina, proved attentive, securing us a great room. I enjoyed the pool. It had a nice rooftop view. i found the hotel's location useful, close to the gold souk, metro, and bus station.

Cleanliness needs attention. The chairs outside was dirty. I also saw the balcony dusty. the carpet needed more cleaning.

A True Gem in the City!

I found the fully equipped room amazing. It had everything one could wish for, including a washer-drier! The spacious bathroom was pampering. I especially liked the large size of the room. There was a balcony where I enjoyed relaxing mornings and evenings, it. The lighting and decor provided a beautiful touch adding to the room's appeal.

The small fridge and freezer were the only downsides. I wished for a bit more space for storing items.

The hotel had good restaurants nearby, I could easily find multiple dining options. The quality and variety allowed for diverse experiences, thus enhancing my culinary adventure. It was convenient to have several choices within walking distance.

The staff were very helpful and kind! Receptionist Gail was especially accommodating. She gave me a great room with a lovely view, and I felt very welcomed. I appreciated their support, especially with guidance around the city.

The room cleaning schedule was not satisfactory. Only two days a week is insufficient. i requested a bedding change on one occasion, but it was ignored, which i found quite frustrating. the bins quickly became odorous, and when i asked for one to be emptied, only a single rubbish bag was provided, which barely addressed the problem.
