fresh fruit pastry variety convenient shuttle
I stayed in a superior room. It was well kept. the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. the hotel has a convenient shuttle service to nearby malls, it saved time.
the gym was small.

Acceptable stay, some issues to note
clean room good equipment humidity issue old towel
The breakfast was good. The room was clean and spacious. I liked that. The gym also had good equipment. I appreciate that. The staff were friendly, I am thankful.
The location was not ideal. It was not close to the metro station. Taxis were needed. There were not any convenience stores nearby. This was inconvenient. The air conditioning system did not work well. Our stuff got wet because of humidity. The towels were also quite old. They were not soft.

The reception desk staff were very professional. mrs okta helped with check-in. She was very friendly. the location was very convenient to downtown.

orange juice happy hour disorganized staff long check-in
The breakfast choice had plenty of options. i especially liked the fresh orange juice. You don't get that everywhere. the happy hour deals in the sports bar were reasonably priced and the choices were good too.
The staff seemed very disorganized. check-in took a long time even though it was early morning. i was then given the wrong room and had to change. It took quite a while to get the correct room.

I liked the room was clean. The staff makes my stay easy. I found the pool area nice for relax after busy day. Breakfast have many options.
