i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially mournee, hellen, and lay lay. mournee was prompt, hellen greeted with a smile during breakfast, and lay lay cleaned my room thoroughly. the safari desert tour arranged by mrs massoud, including the driver, made that day special. the free parking was convenient, and a supermarket nearby offered various options.
the check-in process was slow, causing a delay before i could access my room.

The staff was attentive and helpful. They promptly addressed requests with a smile! the housekeeping department maintained cleanliness to a high standard. i also noticed a security presence, it ensured a safe environment!

the breakfast service included a variety of options that changed daily. there were many local restaurants around the hotel. chef martha prepared delicious food, it was served by an attentive team!

the location was acceptable, since there is a supermarket open 24 hours near the premises.
This was my worst experience in years of travel. the hotel gave its parking to a company, so now it is paid despite the room costing 600 riyals. staff treatment was the worst i've seen in my life.. a smile seemed like it cost extra. there are three nightclubs. The noise reaches the room. it is not suitable for families.
