i really appreciate how helpful all the staff members were . the front desk team were always ready with a smile and answered every question i have. shalom, win, and gigi were particularly attentive and were pretty good my expectations. the hotel's location was great because it offers easy access to many diverse restaurants.
i found that the cleanliness could have been better. i saw that they vacuumed more than mopping, and some areas was not clean well.
