my stay had a couple of low points. the room smelled strongly of stale smoke , even after i mentioned it to the staff , the smell lingered. the limited breakfast selection was a letdown , the hot food options were often cold , and there weren't many choices for someone with dietary restrictions.

the location was convenient next to the metro station. i found the complimentary shuttle service to festival city mall helpful. the bed was super comfortable. i also liked the rainfall shower head in the bathroom.
The walls seemed thin, so i could sometimes hear noise from other rooms. This made it difficult to sleep well

The reception service was excellent. It was friendly and efficient.
The noise isolation was very poor. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms. towels looked torn and worn. the bathroom sink was also loose.
