the reception staff were very helpful. i was upgraded from a standard room to an executive suite, a nice surprise. this upgrade definitely.
the room design seemed a bit old. the ambiance felt a little dull.

amazing stay!

the room was very clean and cozy. the location is very accessible to many places. housekeeping did a great job, especially mr taj. we spent two weeks here and had a wonderful experience.
the gym could use some new equipment.

The staff, including Jay, Nandar, and Afifi, was friendly and helpful . The hotel provided an upgrade to an executive suite. It was clean and well-kept. The hotel is close to the metro station.
The sofa in the room had a slight stain.
