friendly staff early check-in

The al rigga train station is really close. I did not need to pay for ubers. the staff was friendly and helpful. I got an early check-in at 10am even though it is usually at 3pm. the cleaning staff were also very informative about the city.

the shower gel was inferior quality.

Excellent Stay with Great Staff

amazing service beautiful breakfast

The man at the door kindly took my luggage to my room. The lady at reception upgraded my family room to a suite for free. The hotel was super clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast provided a nice variety that changed slightly each morning.

The Al Rigga Night Market was a 7 minute walk. It was easy and convenient to travel around the city from the hotel. I felt really safe.

The breakfast included both familiar items and new dishes. There was a rotation of the breakfast choices, I tried new things each day. I enjoyed the freshness of the food.

The reception staff was lovely and efficient during check-in. The man at the door greeted me warmly and handled luggage well. All staff members I encountered were wonderful and helpful .

suite upgrade surprise!

helpful service suite upgrade super clean hotel nicely kept

i arrived and the service started amazingly. the man at the door took my luggage to my room which was super helpful. the lady at reception upgraded my family room to a suite for free! the hotel was super clean and very nicely kept.

the tv programming needs a bit of an update.

my room was spacious with a comfortable bed. there was also a third bed ready for my daughter even though the reservation mentioned she would sleep on the provided beds. this was a nice touch.

the hotel has a short walk to the nearest metro station, around 7 minutes. i felt really safe in the location. it made travelling around the city convenient.
