polite staff convenient location amazing selection
The staff were super polite and helpful. I really appreciated that. The hotel location is great. It is very convenient for getting around. The breakfast buffet had an amazing selection of food. It was great!
The design of the room felt a little outdated, and I found it odd! though the room overall was very clean.

The hotel is well located in Business Bay. This area is convenient. It's a short taxi ride to the mall and a slightly longer ride to other attractions. The position of the hotel is great!

The room was spacious, and it was cleaned twice a day. I found this really nice. Eco-friendly materials were in use! plus complimentary recyclable water bottles were provided. The rooms have modern facilities. I found them very convenient.

my room was spacious with a comfortable bed ,and a bathroom with both shower and a bathtub. the hotel staff were very attentive , leaving handwritten notes. i found the views were nice , and the window blinds darkened the room completely.
i found few power sockets available for charging devices.

the hotel is close to attractions and offers easy access to transportation. it allows for convenient exploration of key sites and landmarks in the surrounding area. the proximity to dubai mall is a distinct advantage.

the staff provided really good service from arrival until departure. housekeeping staff were attentive , frequently checking on guests. i appreciated the attention to detail and the readiness of the staff to assist with any requests.

a decent stay overall
great communication indian breakfast uncomfortable bed damaged items
the staff members were cute and always happy to help me. i especially enjoyed the indian breakfast choices available, as they provided a delicious and authentic start to my mornings.
i found the bed to not be comfortable at all. my back suffered as a result of this. many things in the room were broken or damaged such as the hairdryer and hangers for pants. i also had issues with a chair that broke when i sat on it.
