breakfast options rainfall shower prompt maintenance
The breakfast had amazing options. i found the gym had three treadmills. my room had a rainfall shower, a nice touch. the staff ensured prompt maintenance. They fixed the tv very quickly!!!

worn kitchenette unclean cookware
i found some aspects lacking. the room's kitchenette seemed quite worn. i noticed the cutlery and cookware were not clean. i probably would not book again considering this.

convenient location friendly staff comfortable room attentive reception
the location was convenient with easy access to the metro and bus. the staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable! i found the location great, situated between two major malls. i especially appreciated abdul's attentiveness at the reception, it.
I did notice some slight wear and tear. The furniture looked a bit dated.

the hotel features a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna for relaxation and recreation, all well kept. i saw fresh pastries and sweets available during breakfast service. the hotel has a gym with several machines.

the staff members were helpful and provided assistance when needed. the reception team, including abdul. the daily housekeeping ensured the room remained clean and tidy throughout my stay.

the breakfast had a good variety to choose from each morning, i think. the restaurant staff kept the buffet area clean and well-stocked. the hotel also has a restaurant that offers in room dining services, so that's great.
