Reasonable downtown hotel.
good location attentive staff old smell slow elevators
The location is indeed convenient, close to many services. The breakfast had great options, and I found the staff to be attentive .
My room had an old smell. I think it was due to the carpets. The elevators also seemed slow sometimes, and I had to wait longer than I expected.

missing bidet old furniture
the location was acceptable it offered easy access to nearby attractions.
the bathroom lacked a bidet, a common feature i expected. the furniture seemed quite old. the shower head needed a serious descaling.

breakfast selection helpful staff central location black mold metal piece
the breakfast selection was extensive. the staff were consistently quick and helpful. the hotel is centrally located. pharmacy and mini supermarket are conveniently close by.
i initially booked what i thought was a one bedroom suite, but it was a junior suite. i noticed there was black mold in the bathroom of the first room. a piece of metal was sticking out from a chair in the upgraded room.

pleasant surprise!
free upgrade great view
i really liked that they upgraded my room for free. it was right opposite the museum of the future, such a great view!!! the rooms are big enough, and the staff were very good. they greeted me with a smile.
the bed sheets and covers were not comfortable or clean. this affected the overall experience.
