I appreciated the front desk staff. Tabitha and moureen were both polite and helpful. azeem at the reception was also great. he was very cute and made the check-in process smooth. the location was nice, and the room was clean!

the hotel entrance for cars is narrow and the floor was inclined and steep. it looked very awkward. the signage says "luxury hotel"! though it does not fully meet luxury standards in all areas, like the gym and pool.
