The location was fine. It was near a starbucks.
The room smelled like old socks. the ac seemed to have a mind of its own. It would blast cold air no matter what setting i chose. also, the promised coffee machine was nowhere to be found. i think i'll pass next time.

i appreciated the location close to souk al-bahar and the mall. the early check-in at 7:00 after arriving at 5:30 was a relief. i liked the atmosphere and ambience. i really liked how clean and well-organized the facilities were.
i did not receive a promised cake that was pre-arranged.

the location is excellent for shopping. good food is also very accessible. the service from the check-in counter was great.
the room had a light smell. i think it smelled like damp clothes. the shower had a fixed shower head, so it was hard to shower correctly.

The room size was fine, BUT the bathroom definitely needed some tlc. I noticed some mold in the shower area, it was pretty gross. the soundproofing was not great. I could hear street noise all night (i needed earplugs).

i loved the friendly service from aiza! she made happy hour so fun, it runs from 12 pm to 7 pm on weekdays and until 5 pm on weekends. all the staff were super kind and helpful (i mean, really!). aiza's kindness and hospitality, thanks to her.
the hotel did request another payment at check-in, even though i'd already paid in full weeks before. i had to dig up receipts to prove it, and it felt a bit odd.

the coyard restaurant is really fantastic, especially the service from mr nurul. he was very nice and helpful, offering regional specialties to try and recommending options for lunch.

the hotel is close to the iconic burj khalifa and the massive shopping destination, the dubai mall. this location makes sightseeing and shopping easy and convenient. it gives great access to premier attractions.

i had a beautiful king room with a landmark view, and it was really spacious and clean. it allocated a room on the 7th floor which gave me an amazing view of the burj khalifa (wow!). i was grateful for such a lovely room.

the service at netz by hsu was excellent, especially when i went to watch the rugby match. hsu was attentive and friendly, always smiling. it was my first time at netz, and i will definitely return soon!
