The location was quite convenient! i found myself near many shops and restaurants, and the union metro station was just a short walk away. the staff were really good, always ready to help with a warm smile. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect, everything sparkled. i was really surprised with a room upgrade to an executive suite. It featured a very comfortable separate seating area.
the hot water wasn't consistently available throughout the day.

the executive suite had ample space, including a separate sitting area with comfortable furniture. the bed was very comfortable, and the linens felt luxurious. the room also included two separate sinks, a wonderful addition for added convenience.

the hotel has a rooftop pool. i saw many guests relaxing by the pool. the gym includes three treadmills. there is also a selection of free weights available for use.

mixed feelings about this stay
standard roomfaulty doorsecurity issue
the room was a standard room with twin beds so it met my basic expectations for space.
I did notice some problems. the bathroom door didn't close properly. also, someone tried to enter our room one night while we were sleeping. Luckily, the chain was on. we reported the incident but the staff did not find video evidence.

the location to the metro was convenient. i was also pleased to find a shopping mall just across the street, it was acceptable.
the room itself was unclean, and i noticed insects. the bathroom sink seemed improperly installed, and the walls had visible handprints. the condition of the hotel was a disappointment.
