Hanine at reception was helpful. She always smiled. She answered all questions with patience. The location was convenient to many eateries. I found the staff friendly and the food good.

The room lacked a proper view. It faced the lobby. I asked for a room with an outside window. They wanted more money. The breakfast was of poor quality. This was unexpected. The restaurant manager was rude. This made me uncomfortable.

the check in procedure went smoothly enough for me

the room had a noticeable damp smell and i often heard banging noises because of work in the breakfast area it really disrupted my stay and i felt it wasn't the relaxing environment i had hoped for i was a bit disappointed with this
