Really good Service and Fine Design
free upgrade clean hotel delicious food
the staff was attentive. I appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a suite! The hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful because of the spa. The food was delicious also.
I experienced traffic noise in my room, even on a higher floor. The sound proofing needs improvement. This woke me up several times during the night.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym with state-of-the-art equipment, great wanting to maintain their fitness routine while traveling (i found it generally quiet). The pool bar offered a relaxing atmosphere.

Soundproofing problems and inconsistent service.
poor soundproofing inconsistent service
The traffic noise was a major issue (even on a higher floor!). I woke up multiple times each night. I have never experienced such poor soundproofing in a hotel. the service quality varied. One night, the room attendant only partially cleaned my room and did not replace the linens as requested. It was frustrating.

mixed feelings about this stay
poor insulation awkward arguments
I must say the sound insulation was not great. i could hear every door slam in the hallway. It was quite disruptive. also, witnessing some loud arguments at the reception during checkout was really awkward. i wouldn't say this stay was worth the money i paid.
