I found the staff to be very helpful . They quickly addressed my questions! The hotel is near two metro stations. This made exploring the city very easy. The room was also very clean.

The street-side room was a bit noisy. It could be an issue for light sleepers.

The location is convenient. It's near al rigga metro station and union metro station. The gym offered a quiet space with equipment, it had three treadmills. I observed the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I found the room clean and maintained well .

The hotel restaurant seemed geared towards a specific palate. I found the options limited to my personal preferences.
