friendly staff good room accessible location

the hotel staff were friendly. reception staff provided a good room with a creek view. housekeeping staff sajjad akhals meeraj aquib arshlan and supervisor santosh. the location is excellent for business people because it is easily accessible to nearby wholesale markets

the small lobby area was cramped i observed guest suitcases piled against each wall it gave the space a slightly untidy appearance. more space could make the area more cute

Staff member sakir at the door was very polite. i found receptionists geraldine and somith helpful! kevin at reception provided great service too. the location is near pearl creek and a metro station. This made exploring easy for me.

I noticed the hotel outsources its parking, which costs aed 50 daily. I found this slightly inconvenient.

The staff promptly addressed my requests! the reception staff provided quick check-in. i also found the bellboys efficient in handling luggage. They were readily available and very professional .

My room featured comfortable bedding. the bathroom was clean. It included fresh towels daily. The air conditioning worked efficiently. It maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay without issues.

excellent condition breakfast options convenient location

I found the room to be in excellent condition. I particularly appreciated the multiple breakfast options offered, including Continental, Arabic, and Asian (a great variety!). The location near the Creek was also quite convenient for getting around.
