the location next to the shopping center was acceptable for accessing retail options.
my room wasn't particularly clean i found stains on the toilet seat. they provided a used jam jar with room service it was pretty gross. plus the bathroom lacked essential accessories like toothpaste or a shower cap.

i found the meals choice wide! it was possible to make tea and coffee in the room, which i liked. there was also a mini fridge. the hotel is connected to the mall through a walkway! that means it is possible to purchase all necessary things without leaving the building.
i did not sleep all night. there are some technical issues in the bathroom. the lights were broken and on all the time. I could not turn them off.

the hotel location provided direct access to the shopping center. this made shopping and dining very easy. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. breakfast had a wide variety of options and was ample.
the room i was in felt very small and not so comfortable. i also noticed a bad smell inside the room. the views from the room were not pleasing.

the staff was helpful. mary assisted me at the restaurant and she had a cute smile. goutham kept my room clean and tidy and it smelled fresh every time i returned. i appreciate the excellent service.
The hotel offered very little by way of in house entertainment. the location cost me a lot of money in taxis to get to places of interest. there were no excursions organised by the hotel, so it was very boring. the wi-fi was pathetic. I had to buy a local sim at a cost.

The hotel is connected directly to the shopping center. This made access to stores and restaurants very easy. The breakfast had good variety. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The location near the airport was convenient.
The pool is small for this big hotel.
