excellent hotel experience

the reception staff is polite and ready to assist. zaheer deserves special thanks. the rooms are well kept and properly cleaned daily. my room had a beautiful view of the burj khalifa, very beautiful in the evening and during the day.
getting out of the basement to the main road took an hour and 40 minutes , which was very difficult. the slippers in the room are low quality.

the hotel is near many shops and restaurants , and it is easy to get an uber to go anywhere. several attractions are nearby , including the burj khalifa and the dubai mall. the hotel's location is convenient.

i was impressed by the seamless service i received throughout my stay. zaheer, bella, irene, and zeeshan were helpful. their commitment to ensuring every guest felt welcomed and cared for made a big difference.
i noticed some water drops inside my room during the night. it seemed like there was a water leak from the roof in certain areas, which needs attention.

the front desk operates efficiently 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and staff members are available to assist with any requests. bell service is prompt and efficient. housekeeping maintains the rooms impeccably every day.
