inconsistent hot water weak water pressure

the location was acceptable for getting around.

The shower was a significant issue. It lacked consistent hot water. i waited a long time for any warm water to appear. the water pressure was also weak making it hard to shower properly. i expected better from this hotel and found it a frustrating experience.

valet parking heated jacuzzi food smells mediocre breakfast

The location was convenient and close to the mall. Staff members were professional. The hotel has a pool and a heated jacuzzi on a high floor (i enjoyed that a lot!). They offer free valet parking service.

The front desk never answered the phone. I could smell food and cooking smells all over the hallway and inside the elevator. The breakfast wasn't that delicious. It's not worth it.

cooking odor delayed luggage

The front desk was often unreachable by phone, made simple requests difficult. i also noticed a persistent odor of cooking throughout the hallways and in the elevators, not very appealing. my arrival wasn't smooth. My luggage wasn't brought to my room, so i had to retrieve it myself after waiting over an hour. a similar situation occurred at checkout
