the location was acceptable for getting around.

The shower was a significant issue. It lacked consistent hot water. i waited a long time for any warm water to appear. the water pressure was also weak making it hard to shower properly. i expected better from this hotel and found it a frustrating experience.

The location was convenient and close to the mall. Staff members were professional. The hotel has a pool and a heated jacuzzi on a high floor (i enjoyed that a lot!). They offer free valet parking service.

The front desk never answered the phone. The breakfast wasn't that delicious. It's not worth it.

the hotel has a very convenient location. I enjoyed the warm reception i received from the staff. My room had a great view. The hotel also has a carrefour opened just in front, very helpful .

The front desk was often unreachable by phone, made simple requests difficult. my arrival wasn't smooth. My luggage wasn't brought to my room, so i had to retrieve it myself after waiting over an hour. a similar situation occurred at checkout
