i found the staff really helpful, especially ms saima at the front desk. the room was excellent. i also appreciated the hotel's proximity to shopping areas, it allowed for convenient access.

the executive room had a great vip lounge access. i liked that this room was big, offering space. breakfast had good options. the staff was quick and always had a smile.
the air conditioning unit was loud. it made a continuous noise. i asked for it to be fixed, but nothing changed.

The decor of the hotel. I had easy access to the cultural center from the hotel's location. All the staff in the restaurants were helpful . The front desk team was excellent i found them very professional.
The gym equipment had limited availability. I sometimes had to wait to use a specific machine during peak hours.
