The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including an iron and ironing board. I found the location convenient. The metro station was a short walk away. The breakfast was also good with great choices. I appreciated that checkout was at noon. I had time to enjoy breakfast before leaving.
The staff at check-in seemed slow and not particularly motivated to hurry. Room service took almost an hour, well over the 25 minutes I was promised.

The complementary daily bottles of water was acceptable.
The air conditioning in my room was a joke. It struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, especially during the warmer parts of the day. I did find the bathroom design problematic. After taking a shower, the entrance area of the bathroom would get wet.

The staff was helpful The breakfast choices were acceptable.
The room's air conditioning was not effective I struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature It felt stuffy at times. The bathroom design was poor after a shower the entrance area would get wet and slippery This was inconvenient and required extra caution.
