The spa facilities are amazing with an experience shower, sauna and steam room. everything was in perfect condition and very clean. the reception staff was very attentive (. mila gave an excellent massage. I can highly recommend it. i'll definitely be back.

the fitness center features modern equipment including three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights, supporting a comprehensive workout. the pool area includes twenty comfortable loungers and a shaded section, ensuring relaxation for all guests. there is also complimentary lagoon access.

the breakfast buffet offered a great variety, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, such as eggs and pancakes (the pancakes were especially good!). several dining options are available throughout the day, with attentive staff ready to assist. the bar is also very lovely.

the concierge service is available 24/7 to assist with any requests or questions, ensuring seamless support. housekeeping provides turndown service, offering slippers and tea. the staff are multilingual and ready to assist guests from various countries, so that guests can feel comfortable.

The hotel had some issues that bothered me. The service at the coffee shop was slow. The staff seemed busy, but they didn't take my order, so I left to get coffee outside the hotel. the full canal view i paid extra for wasn't great.

I loved the hotel interior. Staff service was professional always. Gofran welcomed me with big smile. Receptionists were charming and helpful. They assisted with everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I extend my thanks to the entire team.
The room cleanliness had some problems and it seemed a bit worn.
