I appreciated that the staff let me check in early. It was a lifesaver after my long flight. also, the checkout process was quick and easy. i was grateful that they allowed me a one-hour extension for a late checkout. the hotel has two checkout options, made everything smoother.

The hotel's location is accessible, especially to public transportation and a nearby mall. Staff members were helpful. Kevin and mike stood out. I appreciated the excellent service from wageesha, she provided really good help. The rooms were very clean.

The mattress WAS not comfortable. The quilt was not warm enough. there was no microwave, that was pretty weird.
