The hotel staff were attentive and provided excellent service. The room was comfortable (I had a Two-Bedroom Apartment Creek View), and the amenities met my expectations. I appreciated the smooth check-in process. The hotel is dedicated to customer satisfaction, I observed.

The taxi drivers often struggled to locate the pickup point.

separate bedroom live egg station underground car park confusing access

The rooms were spacious. I had a separate bedroom a kitchen and a sitting area. The breakfast was good with enough choices. The live egg station was superb too.

Accessing the reception was difficult. It required going through an underground car park. Car park access was confusing I found it hard to locate the hotel's car park.
