the room had a qibla direction and a prayer mat. this was very useful. location is good. i found it easy to connect with the metro.
the parking area is small. it was hard to maneuver the car. i found this frustrating.

The hotel breakfast had a generous buffet. I enjoyed the ambient bar on the top floor with a view. The outdoor pool beside the bar seemed clean. Facilities in the room met my expectations.
The reception staff did not have patience for even one hour for a late check out. I wasn't satisfied with the service during this aspect of my stay.

the location is great with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. my premium twin room was well-kept and clean. breakfast offered a good variety of options. i found the staff at reception to be helpful and friendly.
The gym could use some updating. It felt a bit small for the hotel size.
