the water in the pool was pure i thought this was acceptable

the reception staff were unhelpful they seemed to struggle to understand simple requests i asked for room service to bring milk since my daughter was asleep but they told me to call myself then it took at least ten calls to get through i told them not to call back because the ringing would wake her but they called anyway it frustrated me

i must commend mr ahmed and mr ashraf. their excellent service. they displayed amazing professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. their genuine hospitality and helpful recommendations were appreciated.

i noticed that the soundproofing was insufficient. i could clearly hear noises from outside the room including golf carts and guests closing doors. my room was located next to the storage room so i was frequently disturbed by staff accessing amenities and opening or closing doors throughout the night.

the gym featured modern equipment including multiple treadmills and stationary bikes allowing for comprehensive workouts. several pools provided refreshing options for swimming with ample seating and shaded areas. guests had convenient access to a pristine beach.

poor soundproofingfaulty air conditioning

the room's air conditioning wasn't working well during the night, it was a major issue. soundproofing was non-existent, i could hear golf carts and guests closing doors. my room was located next to the storage room, staff constantly accessed it during the night and disturbed my sleep.
