i booked an inclusive stay, but some things weren't right. the pool got very CROWDED. it was hard to find a place to relax. also, soundproofing was AWFUL. i heard EVERYTHING from other rooms. it was quite disruptive.

My stay included complimentary cake wine and a fruit basket to celebrate my anniversary. the hotel provided a shuttle service to kite beach a 20-minute trip. i found breakfast each morning at salt & pepper to be great with many options including a fresh egg station. abdullah ran the pool bar during the day and then the italian restaurant at night. He always knew our drinks order.
i noticed that after 3:30 pm there was no food available on the all-inclusive package until 6:30 pm if i wanted a snack it cost extra. a small selection of nibbles between this time would have been nice.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to kite beach daily at 11 am returning at 4:30 pm, a very useful service. the hotel also provides convenient underground parking with vehicles. This made access easy.

staff members were friendly and helpful demonstrating great service. i'd like to especially acknowledge abdullah, a lifeguard. he was fantastic at his job and always knew our drinks order at both the pool and the restaurant.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food at the pool bar where it was served to sunbeds. The all-inclusive choices were excellent. i found the gusto italian restaurant on the 18th floor offered fine views steak was cooked perfectly.

The breakfast met my expectations.
The concierge service disappointed me greatly. I felt that they took advantage of customers by initially quoting one price for the hotel taxi and then inflating it by 35% during the journey! This left me with no choice but to pay the increased amount. Very frustrating.

the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. there was a fresh egg station. this part of the experience was acceptable.
The all inclusive package was a real disappointment. the drinks selection could be better. the pool area felt small. Finding available sunbeds was difficult. i think the experience was just okay for the price i paid

I stayed for six nights in a Room Lounge Access King Bed. The breakfasts were excellent, with varied, top quality options! The staff were helpful. I appreciated the early check-in at 0700 to the comfortable room with creek views.

I really enjoyed dining at the hotel. The breakfast each morning featured a fresh egg station and many choices. I ate twice at the Italian restaurant on the 18th floor. The steak was cooked perfectly, and there were fine views.
