I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had a good variety of options. The hotel bar had live music. The restaurants situated directly at the canal was nice.

The bathroom got very wet after showers, inconvenient. The pillows were too STIFF. The room furniture was old.

The breakfast selection included a wide array of options and a dedicated table for children (so thoughtful!). The outdoor swimming pool was heated perfectly. A convenient playground kept the little ones entertained. The room had modern decor.

I noticed the gym was a bit crowded during peak hours, so planning workouts at off-peak times is advisable.

Refined stay with excellent service

ample space leather furniture professional service inviting space

the executive room had ample space it featured leather furniture and ceramic floors which kept it very clean i also appreciated the complimentary upgrade to an executive room it had a wonderful view. the front desk staff provided helpful and professional service. the terraces created inviting spaces for evening drinks it was a pleasure to relax there.

the hot water took a considerable time to flow through the taps this was a minor inconvenience though.
