The breakfast was amazing with so many choices. I enjoyed it every morning. The room included a very large bathroom with enough space for my toddlers to shower with me. The staff was helpful, including the housekeeping team who always met my needs promptly. I particularly appreciated the kind assistance with directions and taxi services from the valet and security personnel.

The selection of plates and utensils in my room was limited for a party of my size. I had to request additional items, though they were provided promptly.

The breakfast buffet featured beautiful, delicious food and balanced cuisine every day. Room service provided quick, awesome service whenever I needed anything. The swimming pool had lots of space and was a welcome feature.

spacious room rainfall shower

the room was spacious. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast had fresh fruit and a variety of pastries (i especially liked the croissants).

The bathroom water pressure could be improved. I think it needs cleaning.

inadequate plates missing toiletries

The breakfast had a WIDE variety.

The apartment cleaning was not to standard. I took a two bedroom apartment, but the plates and spoons were not adequate for four persons. There were no additional toiletries in the bathroom. When I arrived at 11pm, no porter greeted me or took my bags. I had to pull them myself.

The ac wasn't working. I needed a technician to fix it. it was fixed within 15 minutes, yet it should have been checked before my arrival. the breakfast was disappointing, with little variety and crowded seating. the food choices could have been much better.

The kitchen staff and cleaning staff were really good, as was the concierge team. Christine at the reception was super helpful. The face of this hotel is represented by the people you encounter even before check-in. The security team are always happy to help. The food was AMAZING!!!
