A TRUE haven of hospitality

the staff offered genuinely helpful service, i noted. They surprised my wife with a birthday cake and greetings upon our room entry, a lovely gesture. Sandee, the maintenance guy, WAS nice, providing helpful assistance with much humor. The hotel's accessible location near the metro proved convenient, i believe.
The lobby had a slight smoky smell, unfortunately. This detracted somewhat from the initial impression.

the reception staff provided special care, always greeting guests with warm smiles, i felt. Bell desk staff, especially Pradip, offered very helpful assistance. Mr Ripon Kumar at the Health Club ensured every guest felt welcome and well-cared for.

the breakfast service had very tasty food at breakfast time, i noticed. Restaurant staff, including Laxmi, took excellent care of guests. The restaurant food variety was limited but its quality was good with fresh options available.

the restaurant provided delicious food. mohammed saroof and mohammed sif were very kind. they even prepared food for my family late at night. ashraf and shaikat served us nice food i found such kindness really good.
the parking staff was rude when i needed directions they were not helpful and seemed annoyed by my request parking fees also seemed high i hope they can improve in these areas.

i encountered some issues regarding the room i booked. i asked for a non-smoking room. the hotel told me that none were available and gave me a smoking room instead. the in-room iron was not functional and needed to be replaced.
