the front desk wasn't solution-oriented. i asked for slippers repeatedly, but they delivered them only after 10 days and left them at the door. i had significant communication issues with the staff. this was disappointing.

the buffet breakfast was great! the staff were super friendly and helpful. i really appreciated the convenient location almost beside the metro, it made getting around so easy.

i couldn't sleep because of drilling above my room. it started every morning and continued throughout the day!

The room was spacious clean. It had the amenities i needed. The reception staff were very helpful with directions. The location is great it is very near a metro station.
