I especially appreciated the friendly staff. The location was GREAT. The food had a wonderful variety of choices. The room cleaning was superb every day. They also provided fresh bottled water, which I found useful after exploring.

The shower experience was a little underwhelming because the main showerhead barely sprinkled water. there was no shower door, causing water to splash everywhere, slightly inconvenient.

My Standard Twin Room included two comfortable beds and sufficient space for luggage. Fresh drinking water and tea were available daily. I appreciate the daily cleaning service and towel replacement that kept the room tidy and organised.

The location is AMAZING! It is a short taxi ride from the airport. the hotel is close to the metro station. I appreciated the proximity to restaurants and a pharmacy nearby. The personnel are so kind and professional!

The room was a bit too small for my liking. The bed size was also very small.
