I had a very disappointing experience. i was told my prebooked room was not ready until much later. i waited a long time only to be told my room was unavailable. That was frustrating!!!

The hotel restaurant offered a wide selection of foods, and I ate there often. The personnel at the club lounge were helpful, offering advice on area attractions. The wellness spa provided very relaxing treatments. I went there following my long flight. The renovated rooms offered nice, modern features.

I had such a wonderful time! the beautiful room guest room king was spacious and well-appointed. the breakfast buffet was delicious with so many choices (the fresh pastries were my favorite!). i really appreciated the attentive service from the staff.

Breakfast was superb. It offers great variety. The gym have sufficient equipment for a decent work out. It includes treadmills and weight machines.
I found the staff to be unprofessional at times. They seem to need more training in customer service. I overheard them talking about guests.

My room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the housekeeping kept the room super clean, something i appreciate after a long day. the fitness center included many machines. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. it was convenient for my workout routine.
the music from a nearby building was a little loud during the night.

The room had enough space. There was also enough space to walk around the bed. The staffs was helpful. I asked for extra water, and they provided me.
My prebooked room was not available until 5pm. The room smell of cigarettes was strong. After that I changed the room but it was a wait of another two hours.
