The staff were very helpful and polite. I found the hotel to be very beautiful. The location was excellent. I booked a room with breakfast and dinner buffet and there were an iron with an iron desk, a safe, a mini refrigerator, and a hairdryer in the room.
The bathroom was so small in my river view room. The photos really do not show its small size. The walls are super thin so I could hear everything! I was also disappointed with the concierge service when requesting a taxi. They always tried to get us to use their private ones.

The staff at the reception was helpful. Chris at the entrance has very good humor and was wonderful! I appreciated the communication between rooms. It was like home. The hotel gave us rooms that communicate with each other.
The hotel did not meet all expectations. The entrance gave a cheap and unwelcoming impression.

The location is on point! There is complimentary parking. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the mall. I walked to a nearby mall in 30 minutes, it was great!

The room was impeccably clean! The room had a very comfortable bed with clean sheets. The shower had excellent shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion of excellent quality, it was amazing.

I found the staff very attentive. The rooms were cleaned daily. They even folded clothes. The free valet parking was a big plus. It saved time and effort. (I really appreciated this after long days.)
The directions to the hotel were a bit confusing. It took some patience to find the correct route upon arrival, a bit frustrating. (Perhaps clearer signage could help.)
