The reception staff handled my check-in smoothly and even upgraded me to a burj khalifa view room, what a treat! the room had pathway lighting near the floor in the hallways. It's a great safety feature, especially at night. a working desk in the room provided ample space for all my work materials. i found contactless payment options at checkout, it was very convenient.
the wifi signal was a little weak sometimes.

The ac control did not work well. It was either too cold or off. this made the room climate inconsistent. i hope this gets fixed

the hotel is very close to the metro station. it's about twenty steps from the station entrance. the staff was also helpful i appreciate their assistance.
the room had no soap or towels when i arrived. the television was not working and there was no safe box in the room. these items should have been available automatically.

fahad upgraded us to a larger room upon check-in he was professional and polite the staff greeted us warmly the location is convenient near the metro station. the apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable i liked the shower very much the sheikh zayed road view was beautiful.
the elevators were not working properly which caused some delay i had to wait longer than expected the dirty sheets and pillows were a problem the bathroom was also not cleaned well there were no towels.

I found the room cleanliness lacking. there were stains on the carpet i noticed. also, the bathroom had a lingering odor i couldn't quite get used to.. the elevators were slow. I often waited several minutes. it was inconvenient, especially during peak hours.
