the hotel is very close to the metro station. it's about twenty steps from the station entrance. the staff was also helpful i appreciate their assistance.
the room had no soap or towels when i arrived. the television was not working and there was no safe box in the room. these items should have been available automatically.

location was fantastic, right next to the financial center metro station. the room turned out to be a spacious apartment. i found that staff acted fast when i ask something. reading lights worked nicely. the closet was big enough for my belongings.
drilling noises disturbed my sleep in the morning.

fahad upgraded us to a larger room upon check-in he was professional and polite the staff greeted us warmly the location is convenient near the metro station. the apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable i liked the shower very much the sheikh zayed road view was beautiful.

stained carpet
I found the room cleanliness lacking. there were stains on the carpet i noticed. also, the bathroom had a lingering odor i couldn't quite get used to.. I often waited several minutes. it was inconvenient, especially during peak hours.
