the location met my needs because it was accessible to the places i needed to reach.
the promised discount on food and drink was a hassle. no one seemed to know about it at first, causing confusion every time i tried to sign for a meal or drink. i found this lack of coordination frustrating.

i found the room cleaning excellent. sagar, the housekeeping staff, provided a perfect service in my room. i also appreciated the really good care from manager mr fahim and lalit . dinakara at reception was very helpful throughout our stay, we'll come back.

the reception staff were helpful! during check-in. my room was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, it was large and comfortable. it had everything i needed, though the view from the bath was a nice bonus. the pool area was relaxing after sightseeing.
The gym had limited equipment. I think it could use a small upgrade.

Breakfast included a continental selection. there were cooked breakfast options. freshly made omelettes, fruit, pastries, and traditional arabic choices completed the buffet. I found plenty to eat and it was quite fresh.

The suite included two separate sinks. it also featured a rainfall shower. housekeeping kept the suite very clean and super clean. The maintenance was satisfactory and the room was cleaned everyday.
