carpet stainstv remote
The room was pretty basic. i found some questionable stains on the carpet, and the bathroom mirror had this weird film i couldn't wipe off. the tv remote didn't work properly either. I had to stand right in front of the tv and press the buttons really hard. also, the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything from the hallway and the next room, hard to sleep early.

The hotel is very close to the metro station. It offered easy access to various parts of the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Abir, who greeted me warmly at the reception. I appreciated the cleanliness and modern design of the room. It was convenient to have Expo City within walking distance (everything felt so accessible).

The front desk staff were efficient at check-in, and I noticed that they were able to quickly address any questions I had . Housekeeping ensured daily that the room was clean and well-organized. The staff genuinely seemed to care about my experience.

I found a gym and an outdoor terrace open 24/7. This was convenient! Several restaurants located nearby added convenience. I was happy about the late checkout option, which allowed a relaxed departure.
I noticed the toilet sink was dirty when I arrived. Some towels had stains as well. These issues should be addressed before guests check-in to ensure cleanliness.

i found the rooftop pool very clean i used it a few times there were always towels available the gym had several treadmills i used one it was in good working order i also liked the complimentary water bottles provided daily in the room they were appreciated after workouts or long days.
the in-room safe was a bit small i struggled to fit my laptop inside

the hotel's interior was super cool. i loved the pool area facing the amazing dome and my room's balcony was so neat. the staff were nice especially those in the concierge i even got a surprise cake for my birthday it was sweet
the shower barely worked it had very poor water pressure

i found the room very clean, a true highlight. the location suited me well, as it was close to the exhibitions. abeer's warm welcome added a personal touch, she was so nice.
