I like the equipped gym and nice pool. The staff, Rico, Sahel and Adran was helpful and friendly too. My room are clean with enough space. Breakfast included many options for vegetarians.
The room had poor soundproofing, and loud music from roof bar continue until 3am.

My room featured daily cleaning. There were two pillows on my bed. A stable, fast Wi-Fi connections are available on all floors, even at the pool area. That was great.

the hotel provided excellent room service. staff members were kind and helpful. the location is easily accessible and convenient. i found the hotel. the front office manager, sunanda bhagat, offered great customer service. mohammed arif and santosh ensured a comfortable visit. i appreciated the team's dedication to guest satisfaction. the staff was attentive. the breakfast reception staff member, sonu kumar, was very humble. the housekeeping team was polite and provided great service. the room was very clean.. i felt well taken care of. the hotel has lounges and pubs. the swimming pool is very good. i appreciated the amenities. there is attention to detail throughout the hotel.
the hotel rooms have carpets, and i noticed they did not appear to be freshly cleaned.
