Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Observed
average breakfast insufficient insulation
I found the breakfast quality to be merely average. The selection was ample, however some hot items seemed to have been sitting out for an extended time. Specifically, the bacon and shakshuka were subpar. The windows provided insufficient insulation, resulting in considerable noise intrusion from the busy street below. This disturbance, combined with a strange humming within the room, necessitated the use of earplugs for sleep.

fantastic stay with minor hiccups
infinity pool breakfast buffet
I really enjoyed my stay, the infinity pool stood out. i loved the views of burj khalifa, it created nice moments. the breakfast buffet was also a highlight. There was a wide variety of options available. the modern bedrooms offered a relaxing space after a long day.

quick check-in helpful staff friendly staff welcome upgrade
The check-in process was quick and easy. The cleaning staff, specifically Sunny and Aziz, were helpful. I found the hotel to be well-appointed with a friendly staff. I received an upgrade at check-in, a nice touch after my early arrival.
The air conditioning operated in auto mode. I could not fully control the room temperature.

A Romantic Escape
thoughtful gesture modern touch
The hotel's breakfast offered excellent variety and quality. The dishes were amazing. I especially appreciated the housekeeper's thoughtful gesture of decorating the bed with towel swans and roses.
The windows seemed to lack proper insulation, so I experienced considerable noise at night. I found myself using earplugs to sleep soundly.

The rooftop swimming pool provides a refreshing experience with fine cityscape views. There are about twenty loungers available. a shaded area. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, useful amenities for active guests.

stylish stay
metro access helpful staff
The hotel's location was really convenient as the metro was nearby. the breakfast had many options and the staff were very helpful. i especially liked the lobby team. They were always friendly. it was so easy to get a taxi from here as well.
i found that the traffic outside was quite noisy at night. it made it a little difficult to sleep well. i wish there was better soundproofing in the rooms to block out the noise.

breakfast was included and had a very good selection. the staff at breakfast welcomed me always with smiles. shiv and glacé were very attentive with details every time. the gentleman at the egg station was friendly too.

the staff at the front of the hotel were very helpful. the valet service was efficient, and the bell boys were quick to assist. they were always ready to help with getting taxis. their service was excellent.

omg! the most amazing stay ever!
clean room nice facilities really good breakfast
the room was super spacious and clean. it had all the equipment i needed! the facilities was very nice. the pool was beautiful, the gym was huge, and breakfast was really good. i felt so welcomed by all the staff. i will definitely be back!
i did had a minor inconvenience. no explanations was provide at check in regarding the room or amenities. my bag was brought up and just left there. it was not even out on top of the luggage hold!

fresh fruit convenient service
The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection. I especially liked the fresh fruit station and the omelet bar. the taxi service located just outside the hotel entrance was very convenient.
