fantastic stay with great service!

the hotel upgraded me to a presidential suite because it was totally booked i enjoyed a two-floor suite with two rooms a private internal lift and a giant dining table the suite also included two kitchens multiple lounges and giant balconies i loved views of the creek and a private jacuzzi. service and food were excellent too.

the hotel features a gym it contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes a pool area has about twenty loungers along with a shaded section there is also a dedicated children's pool with shallow water for safety.

The M Club access was fantastic. It included evening drinks and a buffet from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The room itself was a One-Bedroom Suite. It offered a clear city view.

The room lacked soundproofing. I heard noise from adjacent rooms.

A mixed experience. Some issues noted.

bathroom floor water leak

The room had some issues. the tv did not work upon arrival. I had to call to troubleshoot it. the shower leaked water under the door making a mess on the bathroom floor. also, there was a water leak from the ceiling to the floor in the toilet room, causing a puddle.
