the room offered solace with its expansive layout it had ample space for peaceful reflection i liked the thoughtful addition of two separate sinks alongside a revitalizing rainfall shower housekeeping consistently impressed me the room remained immaculate thanks to their diligent efforts amenities were always replenished ensuring a seamless stay

i encountered a minor inconvenience upon arrival i found the in-room safe non-functional this necessitated a call to maintenance delaying my settling in by a small margin it was a brief hiccup but one that slightly disrupted the initial tranquility

I found the staff accommodating. Muhammad Rizwan, Aftar, Ranjit, Basu Vishal, Ihsan, Waseem and Hamza Hassan definitely simplified my stay. Pankaj and Nekeyra also made our event amazing. I will stay here again!

The hotel focuses more on Asian or Indian guests. I noticed a lack of diversity among the workforce. Other ethnicities may not feel as welcome here.

The Market restaurant accommodated my birthday well. Marco checked in frequently to ensure everything was perfect. His warm attitude and genuine care stood out, offering a personal touch. I greatly appreciated the team's birthday song, wishes, and cake. The desserts had amazing presentation. The hotel provides free underground parking and a very nice breakfast!

The gym could be a bit bigger. It felt somewhat small.
