my room was well maintained and homely with amenities available. romeo and arman from housekeeping assisted me well. the breakfast buffet had a menu that can cater to everyones tastes. i found the location very accessible with restaurants around and a metro stop nearby.
the pool and spa staff is unprofessional and rude. i found no coffee or tea in my room. the hotel claims to be a 5 star hotel, but i think that is no longer true.

The room was not very clean upon my arrival and it was not cleaned for a few days after. Bed sheets felt rough and I felt back pain from the bed. Staff were not helpful. It did not meet my expectations.

the location was good, near the mall.
I wasn't thrilled with the room i got. The mini bar was empty. also, the air conditioning kept malfunctioning and i couldn't adjust the temperature. it. the bathroom drain wasn't working properly either.
