the reception lady allowed me to check in early which was super helpful after a long flight!!! the location is perfect. It's only one minute from the salah eldin metro station.
the tv in my room seemed pretty old, and i didn't find it very useful. also, there was only one charging point, which wasn't really enough for all my devices.

The location is very convenient. Metro access is easy. Plenty of shopping and dining options are nearby. The room was spacious and tidy.
The gym equipment needs some updating (a few machines were out of service).

The breakfast buffet included a variety of continental options. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. The dining area was clean and the staff was attentive.

Staff at the front desk were polite and helpful with directions. Housekeeping provided daily service, always keeping our room neat. Check-in was quick and simple (it took less than five minutes).
