The staff was helpful. The breakfast offered a good selection. The location proved convenient for transport. I found the staff friendly and accommodating. I also appreciate that there is an ice rink and a mini mart inside the hotel building, which i find convenient.
The pool area gets sun only until early afternoon.

fantastic stay with excellent service!
metro station various dishes clean room convenient location
I had a really great time at the hotel. the breakfast had lots of choices, including dishes from different countries. I especially enjoyed the variety. the hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to the metro station and many nearby restaurants. the room was very clean. I felt comfortable during my entire stay.
the pool was a little crowded at times.

The staff interactions were above expectations! chef manog made a fantastic omelette each breakfast, and his friendly interaction was a real highlight. He was so nice. the staff was cute with smiling faces, especially miss nehal at the reception.

The club access offered tea, coffee, and food. the room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean! high-quality furnishings and luxurious bedding ensured a relaxing stay. The view was amazing and the room was awesome.

The hotel is very close to the metro station. there are many places to eat at walking distance. i found the hotel very clean. It's situated in an excellent place and is easily accessible, ideal for getting around the city.

the staff at the check-in desk were polite and professional. the shopping center connected to the hotel was good. it had a supermarket, a coffee shop, and a phone shop. the room included slippers and bath robes and had a desk.
the rooms are very outdated from design to efficiency. i stayed in a room, and i could hear the sound of cars driving. the business desk only had one outlet. the chair is not comfortable for sitting for long hours.

I liked the breakfast. the regency club lounge was very good. The food selection was lovely! the staff at the regency club were pleasant to interact with.
i had an issue before my arrival. i asked if it was possible to watch a football match. i never received a reply. i was disappointed i didn't receive care.

i found the room to be spacious i also found it clean and quiet the shopping center connected to the hotel was convenient i made use of its coffee shop a phone shop and a supermarket

good selection convenient location
the breakfast had a good selection. the location proved convenient to transport links such as the monorail just five minutes away. i was impressed.
the sun only reaches the pool area until around 2pm.
