the hotel was SO clean and had all the facilities i needed, a gym, pool, and multiple restaurants. housekeeping was perfect!!! my room was constantly serviced and maintained. narendhar and imran were polite and helpful, i really appreciated their service.
The concierge wasn't that helpful. I think they need more first-hand experience with attractions.

I stayed in a premier downtown view room with a balcony. It had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room included a king-size bed and a seating area with a sofa.

The pool team provided excellent service, especially Vijay, Melvin, and Joseph. They displayed genuine hospitality and were always available. The hotel location offers great central proximity to downtown attractions. The view from my room included the Burj, lovely.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym with several cardio machines. I saw treadmills and stationary bikes available to guests. The outdoor pool area included sufficient seating with both sunny and shaded sections.
