i loved the amazing room. it included a balcony with burj khalifa views. the infinity pool on level 54 was a highlight. ruby, esther, and zayed offered efficient service and friendliness, helping me when i misplaced my passport (it was in the safe, lol).

alto 54 informed me of a minimum spend after serving our order.

staff members provided assistance with luggage storage and transport arrangements. i noticed the concierge service was available 24/7 for guest inquiries, i found the service very helpful. they even have staff at the pool!

The hotel features a fitness center with treadmills and elliptical machines. I saw that the spa included separate male and female sections, a steam room, and a sauna. a large pool deck is present.

the gym has many machines. rowan gave excellent training and maintained a positive attitude. mecheil provided superb service at alto 54, always attentive with drinks and food. dilawar iqbal was a friendly driver, took many nice photos, and shared cultural information.

I noticed telephone devices were out of order. I had to visit the lobby to request toothpaste.

the food was acceptable.

i found the hot water unreliable, it fluctuated. the sockets in my room, an executive suite sky view, didn't work properly, unexpected for a hotel of this supposed caliber. this made charging devices difficult.
