The location was acceptable.
I waited over ten minutes each time, and breakfast service was also slow. I finished eating before my coffee came, and the pool was shaded, so I couldn't use it much.

the room was spacious. (i was in town for a conference) the bed was very comfortable. the gym had ample equipment, including several treadmills. i liked the availability of towels and water there.
waiting sometimes took a long time. the breakfast selection felt a little limited for a longer stay.

The breakfast food was AMAZING!!! Hellen helped us at the restaurant. The mattress and pillows were comfortable too.
The bathroom shower water went out to the rest of the bathroom, something I have never seen.

i found the room spacious and modern, its huge window was a plus. the bed offered great comfort. the variety of restaurants was a good touch. the hotel location provided easy access to the burj and airport, i like that proximity.
check in delays. i waited almost thirty minutes at the front desk. i want a faster check in.
